Jaxun Maron is a multidisciplinary theatre artist with a deep love for the process of bringing a show from early concept to production. Jaxun specializes in technical direction, production management, and lighting design.

Jaxun holds a BFA in Theatre from the University of Victoria and has worked with various companies on Vancouver Island, including Pacific Opera Victoria, the Belfry Theatre, and Chemainus Theatre. Jaxun has also completed a production practicum at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity. At NTS, he worked on a number of productions, including Cabaret (Production Manager), Venus (Technical Director), An Irresistible Urge to Do Something Inadvisable (Lighting Designer), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Lighting Designer), Everybody (Assistant Technical Director), Indecent (Head of Lighting).

Jaxun would like to thank all his mentors who coached him at NTS, including Andrea Lundy, Michelle Ramsay, Lisa Russell, Martin Nishikawa, Crystal Laffoley, Dean Fleming, Autumn Coppaway, Andy Moro and Guillaume Simard.
