Dylan Hawco is a Canadian actor and writer from Cambridge, Ontario. His passion for the craft came at an early age when he fell in love with entertaining others and storytelling. Since then, he’s had a calling for the stage and aims to continue to tell stories that bring people together.
While training at the National Theatre School of Canada (NTS), Dylan has worked with world class artists, including Jackie Maxwell, Rebecca Northan, Haysam Kadri, Jessica B. Hill, Graeme Somerville and Tim Welham. Before NTS, Dylan also trained in the Special High Skills Major Drama program at Eastwood Collegiate Institute.
Credits from some of his most recent work on stage include Charles/Duke Senior in As You Like It (dir. by Haysam Kadri) and Kreon in Antigonick (dir. by Ruth Madoc-Jones). Some of his most recent film credits include Theo in CROCUS (dir. by Massimo Meo) and Dean in All is Fine in 89’ (dir. by Matt Lupis).
Upon graduating from NTS, Dylan wants to pursue a career in film and television as well as theatre. He is also passionate about creating his own work including writing and producing his own screenplays. He is currently in the process of opening his own film production company to bring his dreams to life and help others tell their stories as well. Dylan is a driven, ambitious and hardworking young artist who can’t wait to see where his journey takes him.
