Romi Shraiter

    Romi Shraiter is a Jewish-Canadian multi disciplinary artist hailing from Tel Aviv, Israel.

    During her time at NTS, Romi has had the opportunity to work with incredible mentors such as Martha Burns (Play Study), Tim Welham (Shakespeare),** ahdri zhina mandiela** (Collective Creation), Anita Nittoly and David Chinchilla (Stage Combat), Brenda Bazinet (Naturalism), Jackie Maxwell (Chekhov), and Graeme Somerville and Marla McLean (Shaw Period Study). She has also performed in many productions including Plays over Days (dir. Alisa Palmer), The Most Offending Soul Alive - presented on zoom (dir. Danielle Irvine), and Indecent (dir. Mike Payette).

    Romi has had the opportunity to work both on stage and on screen and looks forward to continue collaborating with artists across Canada.
