MacKenzie Poole is a multi-disciplinary designer, drafter and welder-in-training based out of Montreal, QC. She strives to develop work that is interactive and immersive, blurring the boundaries between stage and audience. Her work centres on the creative, while she continues to expand her technical field of knowledge in areas such as welding, forging, CNC machining and 3D printing.

She often finds herself experimenting with concepts such as monochromacy, silence, shadows, transparency, liquids and the like to produce unique and challenging designs.

As a graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada (NTS) she has had the opportunity to work with inspiring artists such as Glenn Davidson, Terri Gillis, Andrea Lundy and David Alexandre Chabot who provided invaluable wisdom in her design processes.
