Caroline Nowacki is a stage manager who leads with kindness, diligence, and care while fostering a safe environment where creativity can flourish. Being a polyglot herself, Caroline is deeply curious about connecting communities and audiences through the exploration of bilingual and intercultural theatre. She uses her organizational and problem-solving skills in both stage management and production management, always sure to lead values first.

Caroline is grateful for her training, which has allowed her to learn about the various departments in production and deepen her understanding of other team members. Caroline is excited to take the skills acquired in her training and continue to apply them to her practice as a manager and leader.

During her time at NTS, Caroline has had the privilege to work under the mentorship of many great theatre artists such as Andrea Lundy, Melanie St-Jacques, Danielle Skene, Kathryn Westoll, and Autumn Coppaway.
